We reported a case of 48 y old man presented to acute inferior myocardial infarction after bee sting. Fifteen minutes later, signs and symptoms were started. ST elevation was seen in hospital and ambulance. However, he had normal coronary arteries in coronary angiography. The patient was diagnosed as Kounis syndrome and discharged after 3 d hospitalization.
