Abstract

Synthesis and anti-inflammatory activity in myocarditis of (2S, 5R)-6-(benzyloxy)-7-oxo-1, 6-diazabicyclo [3.2.1] octane-2-carboxamide

The new heterocycles compound (2S, 5R)-6-(benzyloxy)-7-oxo-1, 6-diazabicyclo [3.2.1] octane-2- carboxamide, designed using (2S, 5R)-5-((benzyloxy) amino) piperidine-2-carboxylate oxalate as start material, was successfully obtained via multiple synthesis route and finally characterized by IR, ¹H NMR, HRMS, and single crystal X-ray crystallography. The title compound was then screened for the in vivo anti-inflammatory property utilizing a standard acute carrageenan-induced paw oedema method in rats, and the compound showed promising activity.
